These terms govern your use of Joonam. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and our community guidelines. Questions: support@joonam.app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, have Persian heritage (including mixed heritage), and be able to agree to these terms. You do not need to speak Farsi or follow a particular religion. Give accurate information, use your own account, and do not create a replacement account to avoid a restriction.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights and permissions to share it. You permit Joonam and its service providers to store, process, display, and moderate that content as needed to operate the features you choose to use.

Respectful use

Follow our community guidelines. Do not harass, impersonate, scam, exploit, scrape member information, bypass access controls, or misuse the service. We may review content, request changes, restrict features, suspend an account, or remove it when necessary to enforce these terms or protect the community.

Connections and personal safety

You decide who to contact, what to share, and whether to meet. Profile review and moderation cannot guarantee a person's identity, intentions, eligibility, or safety. Use your judgment, protect personal information, and report concerns. Joonam does not promise a match or relationship outcome.

Optional paid features

If paid features are offered, the app or store will show their price, billing period, and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions may renew until cancelled through the store where purchased. Store purchases, cancellation, and refunds are handled under the applicable store's terms and policies. Account deletion does not itself guarantee cancellation of a store subscription.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. We may update these terms and will publish the current version here. If you disagree with an update, stop using the service and request deletion of your account.

Requests and concerns

Contact support about account decisions, privacy requests, billing questions, or a concern about these terms. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
