Joonam is for adults 18 and older. Children are not permitted to create an account.

Prohibited content and conduct

We prohibit child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, and any attempt to use Joonam to contact or exploit a child.

Report a concern

Use the app's Report action or email support@joonam.app with the subject “Child safety concern.” Do not email, download, or redistribute suspected illegal imagery. Provide the account or content reference and a description instead.

Our response

Our team reviews reports, restricts or removes prohibited accounts and content, preserves relevant evidence when appropriate, and responds to applicable reporting and cooperation obligations.

Immediate risk

For immediate danger to a child, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority. The support inbox is not an emergency response service.
