You can delete your Joonam account in the app or request help by email.

In the app

Open Settings, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. Deletion removes your profile from discovery and starts removal of your account data.

By email

Email support@joonam.app from the email registered to your account. Use the subject “Delete my Joonam account” and state that you want your Joonam account deleted. Do not send your password or an identity document unless our team separately explains a specific need.

What is removed

Deletion removes your account, profile, profile photos, matches, and associated app data through our deletion process. Some safety evidence, transaction records, or information needed to comply with applicable obligations may be retained for a limited purpose. Content already received or saved by another person may remain outside our control.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not necessarily cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. Manage and cancel that subscription in the store where you purchased it.
